YouTube Growth
A channel plan built around each release: the premiere, the Shorts that feed it and the search that finds it. Then we keep the video working for months, not days.
Who it's for
- An artist with a music video on the way.
- A channel that spikes on release and flattens within a week.
- A label whose catalogue videos still have an audience.
The problem
YouTube rewards videos people keep watching and come back to. A release that gets all its views in three days tells the algorithm the song is over. A steady climb tells it to keep suggesting.
How it runs
−3 weeks
Channel check
We do
Titles, descriptions, playlists, the Official Artist Channel and Content ID.
We need from you
Manager access to the channel. Never a password.
−2 weeks
Premiere page
We do
The title, thumbnail options, a description with credits and lyrics, the countdown and end screens.
We need from you
The final video and thumbnail stills.
−1 week
Shorts
We do
Vertical cut-downs from the video and behind-the-scenes footage, each linked to the full video.
We need from you
Behind-the-scenes footage, and any vertical shots.

+1 to +4 weeks
Shorts programme
We do
A steady run of Shorts, and thumbnail testing on the full video.
+1 to +3 months
Long tail
We do
A lyric video, visualiser or live version; channel playlists; search titles adjusted where it's honest, such as for wedding season.
We need from you
Extra footage, if there is any.
What you get
Channel audit
Everything that affects how the channel is found and watched, checked before release.
Premiere setup
A premiere page people can find, set and share.
Shorts programme
Cut-downs that send viewers to the full video.
Search optimisation
Titles, descriptions and playlists written for how people search for Punjabi songs.
Thumbnail testing
Options tested on the live video, the winner kept.
Channel reporting
Views by traffic source, watch time, retention and subscribers.
Not included
- Video production.
- Bought views, ever. They get removed and can get a channel struck.
How we report
From YouTube Studio: views by traffic source (search, suggested, Shorts, external), watch time, audience retention and subscribers, every week for the first month and monthly after that.

Questions
- Can you promote a song that's already out?
- Yes, without the editorial pitch, because Spotify only takes pitches for unreleased music. Creators, Shorts and search still work on a song that's out.
- How do you report?
- Weekly during a campaign and monthly after it, with every figure taken from the platform's own dashboard and dated.
- When will I see results?
- The first two weeks show the direction. The long tail is the point: a song that keeps climbing for months is worth more than one big weekend.
- Do you need my YouTube login?
- No. Manager access through YouTube's channel permissions is enough.
- Are the views real?
- Every view comes from a person who chose to watch. Bought views get removed and can get a channel struck, so we don't go near them.
- How do you grow views without ads?
- Through the things YouTube already rewards: a premiere people turn up for, Shorts that send viewers to the full video, titles and descriptions written for search, and playlists that keep people watching.
