Immortal Vibes

Privacy.

Last updated: October 2026. Draft — legal review pending

Immortal Vibes runs this site. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect

When you send a campaign brief we receive what you type:

  • who you are (artist, manager, label, or an academy, event or brand) and the artist or label name;
  • the release: whether it is upcoming or out, its title and date;
  • the platforms, service and budget band you choose;
  • links to your work, anything else you tell us, and your WhatsApp number.

We use it only to reply to you and to plan the campaign you asked about. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Videos on this site

Official music videos are shown behind a play button. Until you press it, your browser makes no request to YouTube, so YouTube sets nothing. When you press play, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that video.

Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure enquiries. Nothing is set until you choose “Allow analytics”. You can change your mind by clearing site data in your browser.

Where it is stored, and for how long

Briefs are emailed to the Immortal Vibes team and stored in our content system. We keep them for as long as we work together, or up to two years after the last contact, and then delete them.

Who processes it for us

Email delivery (Resend), content hosting (Sanity), site hosting, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there. Each processes data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
