Music Promotion
A release plan that starts six weeks before the song is out and keeps working long after the first week. Playlist pitching, creator seeding and paid support, run to one timeline and reported with sources.
Who it's for
- An artist with a finished, unannounced single and at least four weeks to release.
- A manager planning several releases a year who wants one team on all of them.
- A label with a priority track that needs to break out of release week.
The problem
Most releases are announced the night before and pushed for three days. By the time anyone pitches a playlist, the editorial window has closed; by the time creators hear the song, the algorithm has moved on. The song isn't the problem. The timeline is.
How it runs
−6 weeks
Brief
We do
Listen to the song, agree the goal and the budget, and choose the 15–30 second hook the campaign is built on.
We need from you
The final master, the release date, the artwork and a budget band.
−4 weeks
Pitch
We do
Write the Spotify editorial pitch, build the independent curator list and draft the ad plan.
We need from you
Editor access on Spotify for Artists, and the song delivered to stores. It can't be pitched until it is.
−3 weeks
Creators
We do
Shortlist creators by niche and city and write the brief they'll work from.
We need from you
Your approval of the shortlist, and a teaser clip.
−2 weeks
Announce
We do
Set up the pre-save link, the teaser schedule and the YouTube Premiere page.
We need from you
Post the announcement, and hold the date.
Release day
Launch
We do
The first creator wave posts, ads go live and we follow up with curators.
We need from you
Post, go live, and answer comments in the first hours.
+1 to +4 weeks
Widen
We do
Run further creator waves on whatever is working, cut Shorts from the video, and re-pitch curators with early numbers.
We need from you
Footage for cut-downs.
+8 weeks
Report
We do
A final report with sources, and our recommendation for the next release.
After
Keep it working
We do
Catalogue playlists, anniversary pushes, and the next release planned from a bigger base. See how a campaign runs for the years after release week.

- Ad spend. It is agreed up front and paid to the platforms, separately from our fee.
- Music video production.
- Bot views or streams, ever.
How we report
Figures come from where they live: Spotify for Artists for streams, listeners, saves and playlist adds; YouTube Studio for views by traffic source and watch time; the Instagram sound page for the reel count; the ad dashboards for spend and results.
Every figure in the report is a dated screenshot, so you can check it against your own dashboards.

Questions
- Do you work with new artists?
- Yes. The artists we've worked with include established names, and the same plan works for a first release with a clear budget. A new artist needs the timeline more than anyone.
- What does a campaign cost?
- It depends on the goal and the scale. Choose a budget band in the brief and we reply with a plan that fits it.
- Is ad spend included?
- No. Ad spend is agreed up front and paid to the platforms, separately from our fee, so you always see what went where.
- How far before release should we talk?
- Six weeks is ideal and four works. Under two weeks we focus on creators and ads, because Spotify needs a pitch at least seven days before release.
- Do you guarantee numbers?
- No. We plan for outcomes and report what happened, with sources.
- Can you get my song on a Spotify editorial playlist?
- We can pitch it well and early. Nobody can promise placement: editors choose. Anyone who guarantees an editorial playlist is selling something else.
