Audience Growth
Instagram and Spotify work between releases, so each song starts from a bigger base than the last.
Who it's for
- An artist between releases.
- An artist with streams but few followers.
- Anyone releasing three or more songs a year.
The problem
Streams are borrowed; followers are yours. A listener who follows you on Spotify gets your next song in Release Radar automatically. One who doesn't has to find you again.
How it runs
Month 1
Audit
We do
Your profiles, and your audience from Spotify for Artists and Instagram Insights: top cities, ages, when they listen.
We need from you
Access to both.
Every month
Run
We do
A content calendar, posts and reels, follower ads aimed at your real top cities, and Spotify profile upkeep: Canvas, artist pick, playlists.
We need from you
Content, or a shoot day each month.
Every month
Report
We do
Followers, monthly listeners, saves, top cities, reach and profile visits.
Before the next release
Hand over
We do
The audience data goes into the next release plan, so promotion starts from what we've learnt.

Questions
- Is ad spend included?
- No. Ad spend is agreed up front and paid to the platforms, separately from our fee, so you always see what went where.
- How do you report?
- Weekly during a campaign and monthly after it, with every figure taken from the platform's own dashboard and dated.
- When will I see results?
- The first two weeks show the direction. The long tail is the point: a song that keeps climbing for months is worth more than one big weekend.
- How long is the commitment?
- Three months at a minimum. That's the shortest window in which follower growth shows a trend you can plan around.
- Do you post for me?
- We prepare everything and you approve it. You or your team post, unless you'd rather we post for you.
- Do you buy followers?
- No. Bought followers don't listen, and they make your real numbers harder to read.
